Step 2
Download and complete all three areas of required sales documentation.

1. Complete the Unit Configuration Order Form (Fill-in and print PDF)
2. Complete the pre-purchase waiver and acknowledge of risk.(PDF)
3. Provide proof of training or enrollment in upcoming training.

Submit your paperwork to SD to complete the documentation of your unit and completion of your purchasing transaction.
